Mike Byrd, President and CEO and John
Norris, Manager, Client Sales for Allegiance attended the 2012 National
Veterans Small Business Conference at the COBO Center in Detroit MI from Jun
26-29. The conference included opportunities to meet Decision Makers within the
VA and other Federal Agencies by attending breakout sessions to hear about
future acquisition and contracting opportunities, and attend both the Expo and
VetGov Partner networking roundtables throughout the week. The conference is
the largest nationwide conferences of its kind, focused on helping
Veteran-owned small businesses maximize their opportunities in the federal
marketplace. "It was indeed a pleasure to see the many agencies
supporting both Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) through
networking, marketing, and training and as well, observe the priority given to
help and support the Veterans of our country for employment" - Mike
Byrd - (USAF-Career Veteran).
