CONGRATULATIONS TO NREL CYBER SECURITY – TEAM ALLEGIANCE


 
5/3/13 - The National Renewable Energy Laboratory's Cyber Security Team (NREL) has recognized both James Carberry and Carol Zerfas (Allegiance Consulting, Inc.) for their outstanding efforts and contributions in support of their Cyber Security Program. Their OUTSTANDING commitment to maintain and improve security at NREL for 'first line of defense' has 'stood out' to the Cyber Security Team. Both, James Carberry and Carol Zerfas were presented the NREL Cyber Security Team COIN for their diligence and extra efforts to improve the Cyber Security Program.

Allegiance Celebrates AWARD of Three New VA Contracts

Allegiance Consulting, Inc. has most recently been awarded three (3) separate new contracts with the VA in the following areas:
1. Providing outstanding IT Computer Programmer personnel to the National Surgery Office (NSO) for the Veterans Affairs (VA) in Denver, CO to develop the TRACER application while analyzing current manual processes and launching the full application to the field. Sept 2012
2. Providing Database Architect, Test Engineer, and Security Technician personnel to the Health Administration Center (HAC), Office of Information and Technology (OIT) Project Support for the Veterans Affairs (VA) in Denver, CO for services to the Database Management Systems (DBMS). Feb 2013
3. Providing an experienced supervisor rated LAN/WAN data administrator professional to the Health Administration Center (HAC), Office of Information and Technology (OIT) for services to the Veterans Affairs (VA) in Denver, CO. Jan 2013

Allegiance Consulting, Inc. Attends/Participates in 2012 National Veterans Small Business Conference


Mike Byrd, President and CEO and John Norris, Manager, Client Sales for Allegiance attended the 2012 National Veterans Small Business Conference at the COBO Center in Detroit MI from Jun 26-29. The conference included opportunities to meet Decision Makers within the VA and other Federal Agencies by attending breakout sessions to hear about future acquisition and contracting opportunities, and attend both the Expo and VetGov Partner networking roundtables throughout the week. The conference is the largest nationwide conferences of its kind, focused on helping Veteran-owned small businesses maximize their opportunities in the federal marketplace. "It was indeed a pleasure to see the many agencies supporting both Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) through networking, marketing, and training and as well, observe the priority given to help and support the Veterans of our country for employment" - Mike Byrd - (USAF-Career Veteran).

Allegiance Consulting, Inc. Partners with T4 Program Contractor - Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET)


Effective April 23, 2012, Allegiance Consulting, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) has joined in partnership with ACET.
ACET, Inc. is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) system engineering and information technology (IT) firm, headquartered in Southern Maryland. Incorporated in 1999, the company supports mission critical IT business needs for large and complex clients within the Federal sector, including the intelligence community (IC), Department of Defense (DOD), and Veterans Affairs. The company's core services include System Engineering and Business Solutions, Enterprise Technical Solutions, Software Solutions, Emerging Technology, and Intelligence Collections and Analysis.
The Veteran's Affairs, Office of Information and Technology, awarded ACET's Medical IT Systems a multiple award ID/IQ contract vehicle to provide a comprehensive, world-wide, IT support service solutions to support both VA and non-VA customers. T4 is a $12 Billion dollar, multiple award contract vehicles covering a broad range of lifecycle services.
T4 establishes the requirements for Medical IT Systems solutions in support of Information Technology for the VA. Medical IT Systems solutions support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and its joint initiatives, and other Federal Agencies.
Together, both ACET's Medical IT Systems Division and Allegiance Consulting, a proven leader with the VA in IT and Professional services will partner to provide outstanding services to the Veterans Affairs Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) Program.

Effective Dec 1, 2011, Allegiance Consulting, Inc. is now a member of the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce (CSCC) and the Military Affairs Council (MAC) in Colorado Springs, CO.

VA 'Team Atlanta' Celebrates Success in 2011 Annual Meeting


Mike Byrd, President, and John Norris, Manager of Client Accounts, of Allegiance Consulting visited with VA - Allegiance Team Atlanta and celebrated their successes with the IT Division.
